Seriously though, I do have one suggestion, but I'm not sure how feasible it would be: in OSP you always had "Following Player X" in huge letters at the top of the screen. If this could be added as some kind of overlay by ESL TV (or perhaps you could ask ID to add the feature?), it would improve the broadcast immensely, especially for viewers new to FPS gaming.
Even as someone who's played Quake for decades, I sometimes momentarily lose track of which player we're following, if the switch happens at an inopportune moment (no fault of the casters, of course).
